ADAM WILLIAMS

Adam Williams is a Hailey, Idaho (By way of Seattle and New Orleans)-based alt-Americana storyteller and guitar player. His melodic guitar lines, vivid lyrics, and expressive arrangements elicit the nostalgia of bands like Dire Straits, Lou Reed and The Grateful Dead while incorporating modern influences to create an eclectic blend of styles. What matters to Adam above all else is to play with musicians with unique musical personalities and kind hearts. The roster of bands and people he has played with is substantial and continues to grow.

Williams has shared bills with The Revivalists, Melvin Seals and the Jerry Garcia Band, Jeff Austin Band, Dirty Revival, Tubaluba, and the Pimps of Joytime. He shares the stage often as a duo or trio with Joe Doria and collaborates often with members of General Mojos, Courtney Marie Andrews’ band, Vaudeville Etiquette, and more.

He released his debut album, Creatures, in March 2020. Creatures was produced by Bradley Laina (Vaudeville Etiquette) and features local favorite musicians from The Cosmic Shuffle.

GENERAL MOJOS

General Mojo's is a high energy alt-psych, art-pop, rock group that specializes in ethereal jams and glossy sonic landscapes, all atop a driving rhythmic backbone. The band includes a rotating cast of Seattle musicians that bring a powerhouse rhythm section of two drummers with dueling guitars, synths, bass, and crystalline vocal melodies that soar over the top. The sonic pallet evokes nostalgia and the undeniable desire to move, while taking one on a journey through time, sound, and spirit.

With their recent release "The Flat Earth Project", penned by bandleader Dune Butler, General Mojo's embarks on their first concept album. Available on vinyl now, GM invites you to take the trip.

“With Flat Earth, General Mojo's proves that they are not just making music—they are building worlds. The song (Flat Earth) is an invitation into a larger, immersive experience that rewards those who take the time to listen closely. In an age of quick hits and instant gratification, The Flat Earth Project offers something different: a carefully crafted narrative that unfolds with every listen, revealing new layers and details each time."

Always ambitious to dive deeper into the mysteries of the human experience through sound, General Mojo’s is truly an example of a musical endeavor in search of pushing against the limits and norms of the alt-psych, pop-art scene.
